Does Herc have any piloting techniques other than pushing a lever upwards and pressing three buttons on his console?

Yes. He also pushes other buttons, pounds the control panel, pulls the lever down, pushes the lever up and then down, talks to the ship, and kicks the console.
Aren't Herc and his ship copyright-breaking clones of Han Solo and the Millennium Falcon?

The Pride and the Millennium Falcon look completely different. The only thing both ships actually have in common is a hyperdrive, which can also be found in other science fiction stories. The ships also share a tendency to break down, but unreliability isn't copyrighted. Herc may resemble Han Solo, but his creation was also inspired by the myth of Hercules and various pirate stories. Copyright can only be used as a basis for a lawsuit if the character is overwhelmingly similar. Herc and the Pride have enough differences to push them into the safe zone. Barely.
Where does the name Herc come from?

Well, no one is really sure, but it is probably based on the name Hercules. That would explain Herc's bulging muscles and miraculous ability to survive falls from great heights.
Does Herc have a girlfriend?

Yes and no. Morgana the Pirate Queen is his (ahem) good friend. It is not known if they are officially an item, but he is certainly closer to her than any other woman. They are openly fond of each other and almost definitely have had a physical relationship.
Is Flora in love with Herc? And is Herc in love with Flora?

Does Herc wear boxers or briefs?

Jayce and the Lizzard have received this question multiple times, disturbingly enough. We're willing to wager that Herc wears briefs. If he wears anything at all, that is. He may go commando in those fatigues!
If Herc got into a fight with Jayce, who would win?

Herc and Jayce actually did get into a fight in the episode Bounty Hunters. At the time Herc was under the influence of an evil parasite. Jayce won because Herc was so enraged that he couldn't think straight. Even when not under the influence of an evil parasite, however, Herc would still probably lose to Jayce. Herc would charge in with his fists, not his head. Jayce would develop a plan to truss him and serve him for dinner before Herc landed the first punch.
